This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment for the 2024 season. You can download and print the 2024 Player Contract and Physical form. You need to attend an in person registration to submit the following documents:

2024 Contract

2024 Physical

2 Passport size pictures

Proof of address

Birth Certificate

2024 Final Report Card 

To complete this online registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from the Balboa Raiders.
